Order Cancellation:
You have 24 hours to cancel an order.
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been shipped.
Refunds:
Customers must contact us by email in order to request a refund authorization. No refunds will be authorized after 10 days of receipt of the product. All non-defective merchandise will incur a 20% restocking fee at our discretion.
Customers have 10 days from when the product is received to receive a refund.
